Yes. We first review the existing pages, content and URLs, then agree what to keep, improve or retire. If URLs change, redirects and metadata need to be included in the migration plan. Content migration and CMS requirements are scoped before the build; search rankings cannot be guaranteed.

The proposal sets out the handover of final design files, website source or platform access, and ownership terms. Your domain and hosting should stay in accounts you control. Third-party fonts, stock assets and software remain subject to their own licences; we identify these before handover.

We review the request against the agreed deliverables. If it adds new pages, features or integrations, we agree the extra work, fee and schedule before starting it. Feedback on an agreed direction is handled within the revision scope in your proposal.

Domain registration, hosting, CMS subscriptions and paid third-party tools are separate from the project fee unless your proposal says otherwise. We confirm the launch checklist, handover and any support period before kickoff. Ongoing improvements can be scoped separately or planned through the monthly retainer.
